Series of FS 8200 U are high-end premixed compound of fluorosilicone rubber with good extrusion performance.

Special properties:
- Good extrusion performance.
- Excellent resistance to oil and non-polar chemical.
- Low compression set.
- Wild operating temperature: -60~230℃
- Goodprocessability and easily pigmented.
- Excellent resistance to structurization.
Main applications:
- Mainly used in automobile industry, aerospace industry, petroleum chemical industry andmilitary industry.
- Suitable for applications as sealing materials for petroleum oil, lubricant oil, hydraulic oil, transformer oil, and non-polar chemical reagents in low temperature and/or high temperature environments.

Curing Condition:
After addition of 1.2% of 2.5-dimethyl bis -(tertiobutyl peroxy) 2.5-hexane (45%) and vulcanization for 10 min. at 170°C, with post curing at 200℃×4.
