Usage Instructions: The curing process relies on the molding temperature and the dimensions of the part. To prepare SanesilTM LSR8200A/B, combine equal amounts of components A and B from the same batch using conventional liquid injection molding equipment and methods, ensuring that the mixing temperature remains below 35°C. We strongly recommend the use of airless mixing, metering, and dispensing equipment for production operations. Achieving precise measurements and thorough mixing are vital factors in ensuring consistent results.
| Cleaning ： It is crucial to ensure the cleanliness of molds and the work area, avoiding the use of organic rubbers on the same processing equipment. Even small amounts of foreign materials can contaminate the catalyst and impede the curing process. Thoroughly clean all metering and mixing equipment. Polymer systems containing even trace amounts of amines, sulfur, nitrogen oxide, organotin compounds, and carbon monoxide can disrupt the curing process of this product and should be avoided. |
| Packaging：Sanesil LSR8200A/B is available in 20 kg pails or 200 kg drums. |
Storage and shelf life:
This series may be stored in the original, unopened container at a temperature between 0°C and 30°C, can be stored for 12 months from the date of manufacturing. Beyond this date, we no longer guarantees that the product meets the sales specifications.
