Environmentally Friendly Rubber Blooming Cleaner-GreenThinking® RC100
RC100 is a colorless or light-yellow transparent liquid with slight alkalinity (pH: 8.5–9.5). Formulated with premium imported raw materials and concentrated solvents, it efficiently removes surface blooming and wax efflorescence caused by molecular migration on rubber products. It operates at low concentrations, delivers rapid and long-lasting cleaning effects, and is environmentally friendly. Widely favored by rubber product manufacturers.

Application: Cleans blooming on rubber products, suitable for EPDM, NR, SBR, BR, CR, AEM, ACM, MVQ, FKM, EVA, and other rubber types.
Mechanism
By immersing rubber products in the cleaning solution, RC100 extracts small molecules within 1–2 mm of the rubber surface. Post-treatment, the absence of free-state small molecules ensures long-term prevention of re-blooming.

Blooming Cleaning: Before & After Photos
Operating Instructions
- Dilution: Dilute RC100 with 3 parts alcohol or deionized water. For severe blooming, use undiluted solution.
- Cleaning:
- Immerse rubber products in the solution. Use ultrasonic cleaning or heat (80–100°C) to enhance efficiency.
- Soaking time: 3–10 minutes (adjust based on blooming severity).
- Post-Cleaning:
- Wipe off residual viscous liquid and air-dry.
- Optional: Bake cleaned products at 60°C for 5–10 minutes.
Precautions
- Wear protective gloves during prolonged use.
- Rinse cleaned products thoroughly with water to ensure quality.
- Monitor solution efficiency; replenish or replace as needed.
Packing: 25 KG/Drum.
Storage: Seal and store in a cool, dry, ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
