GreenThinking® CNT36 and CNT28 are carbon nanotube materials specifically designed to improve the heat generation, mechanical properties, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity of tires. These CNT36 and CNT28 carbon nanotubes possess extremely high tensile strength and Young’s modulus, significantly enhancing the mechanical strength of tires and improving their puncture and blowout resistance. The nanoscale structure of CNT36 and CNT28 carbon nanotubes can form a strong bond with the rubber matrix, effectively dispersing and bearing stress to prevent tire framework fractures. The addition of carbon nanotubes also reduces microcracks and defects within the tire, enhancing overall wear resistance and extending its service life. In terms of thermal conductivity, carbon nanotubes exhibit excellent heat transfer properties, effectively conducting heat generated inside the tire to prevent overheating.
