 GreenThinking® SA300 is a high-purity, chemically inert thermally conductive reinforcing filler made from specially crystallized alumina. It maintains stability under extreme temperatures, harsh environments, or catalytic/multi-component chemical systems. Rigorous surface activation and quality control ensure uniform chemical purity and consistent particle size distribution.

Application: Widely used in adhesives, potting compounds, epoxy molding compounds (EMC), copper clad laminates (CCL), rubber, plastics, and thermally conductive resins.
