GreenThinking®PF87 is a flake-shaped, soft nano-reinforcer, processed from selected natural composite mineral materials. It is produced through special nano-modification and surface treatment processes. The product has uniform chemical purity and stable particle size distribution, with most particles distributed at the fine nanoscale (over 100nm), similar to the particle size of precipitated silica, offering excellent reinforcing effects, high air tightness, wear resistance, oil resistance, fatigue resistance, heat aging resistance, and flow performance. It is particularly suitable for high-strength, high-air-tightness, aging resistance, high-filling, and easy extrusion rubber products.
GreenThinking®PF91 is an insulating nano reinforcing agent with hydroxyl removal and surface activation treatment, which is refined by processing selected non-conductive high-whiteness natural composite mineral raw materials, retaining raw materials through special processing technology and strict internal quality control process, so that the products have uniform chemical purity and stable particle size distribution. Most of the particle sizes are distributed in the nanometer level, the porosity is large, the impurity is less, and the surface is activated. As a reinforcing functional filler in the rubber and plastic industry, it has outstanding advantages such as good insulation, good dispersion, high reinforcement and high whiteness, and is widely used in rubber and plastic industries.
