GreenThinking® EG22 is a pure biobased filler enhancer designed to promote silanization in high filler compounds. It is especially suited for use in compounds containing high surface area fillers (silica, etc.) to increase the degree of silanization of the filler (silica, etc.); the unique chemical structure provides better compatibility and dispersibility in compounds, resulting in a more effective network structure in the rubber matrix. More effective network structure, which helps to improve the overall performance of the material, such as tires: rolling resistance and wet grip performance, etc., rubber products.
RC100 is a colorless or light-yellow transparent liquid with slight alkalinity (pH: 8.5–9.5). Formulated with premium imported raw materials and concentrated solvents, it efficiently removes surface blooming and wax efflorescence caused by molecular migration on rubber products. It operates at low concentrations, delivers rapid and long-lasting cleaning effects, and is environmentally friendly. Widely favored by rubber product manufacturers.
GreenThinking® RS series high-purity, highly wear-resistant reinforced silica is refined from high-purity quartz. It remains stable and inert even in the presence of catalysts or complex chemical systems, and it does not degrade under extreme temperatures or harsh environments. The product undergoes rigorous internal quality control to ensure consistent chemical purity and stable particle size distribution.
GreenThinking® AF28 anti-fatigue agent, effectively improve the dispersion of carbon black, and its surface of the highly active groups can be reacted with the corresponding groups at the end of the molecular chain of natural rubber, thus significantly reducing the dynamic heat generation of the natural rubber carbon black system, can improve the dynamic mechanical properties of the compound and reduce the rolling resistance, can improve the heat aging performance of tires and reduce the compression heat generation, to extend the service life, the appropriate amount of anti-fatigue agent AF28 can enhance the hardness, elasticity, constant tensile stress without significantly changing the tensile strength. It can improve the heat aging resistance of tires, reduce compression heat generation and prolong the service life. The reaction between the surface active groups and the end groups of the natural rubber molecular chain effectively optimizes the dispersion of the carbon black in the rubber and significantly reduces the dynamic heat generation of the natural rubber carbon black system. This improvement enhances the dynamic mechanical properties of the rubber compound, improves the heat aging resistance of the rubber product, and reduces the heat of compression, thus extending its service life. The moderate use of AF27 not only increases the hardness, elasticity and tensile stress of the compound, but also does not significantly affect the tensile strength.
