GreenThinking® AF27 anti-fatigue agent is designed to enhance the performance of rubber products. The reaction between the surface active groups and the end groups of the natural rubber molecular chain effectively optimizes the dispersion of the carbon black in the rubber and significantly reduces the dynamic heat generation of the natural rubber carbon black system. This improvement enhances the dynamic mechanical properties of the rubber compound, improves the heat aging resistance of the rubber product, and reduces the heat of compression, thus extending its service life. The moderate use of AF27 not only increases the hardness, elasticity and tensile stress of the compound, but also does not significantly affect the tensile strength.
