Acrylic Rubber ACM3212T
ACM3212T is a carboxyl polyacrylate rubber, designed specially for hoses. It is made by emulsion polymerization of cold-resistant acrylate monomers and carboxylic acid monomers. Tg of ACM3212T is -28℃, it is a low compression set,It has excellent aging resistance, oil resistance, high temperature resistance, and ozone resistance. The products are are widely used in automobiles, motorcycles, ships, electric power and other fields.

Recommended Vulcanization System:
- Amine vulcanization: combining with 1# vulcanizing agent and DOTG-75, adding processing aids 18D, preventing rubber from sticking to rolls during the mixing process. It is recommended to be used within 7 days after mixing.
Packaging & Storage:
- This grade of product is packed in 20 kg/bale, and export with pallets.
- Products should be stored in sealed condition, kept it in a cool place,and avoid rain and sun exposure.
- The valid period is 2year. If the products exceed the storage life, it can be re-tested to prove whether the curing speed is acceptable, if so, it can be used.
