GreenThinking® DP86B is a light-to-dark brown granular mixture of metal soaps and functional organic resins.

Application: Suitable for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and reclaimed rubber. Compatible with sulfur/peroxide vulcanization.

- Enhances carbon black/filler dispersion, reduces mixing time, and lowers energy consumption.
- Improves flowability, reduces Mooney viscosity, eliminates bubbles, and enhances product finish.
- Extends scorch time for safer processing. Improves abrasion and flex resistance.
- Enhances dimensional stability and reduces defect rates.

Usage:
Add DP86B during compounding. Single-stage addition recommended.
Recommended Dosage:
1–4 phr (increase for polar rubbers).
