GreenThinking® DP26 is a white-to-light yellow granular mixture composed of fatty acid soaps and fatty acid esters.

Application: Suitable for natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and reclaimed rubber.
Key Features:
- DP26 exhibits excellent plasticizing properties, enabling rubber compounds to fill molds rapidly at low pressure during molding or injection processes while ensuring superior demolding performance. It demonstrates broad compatibility with various rubbers.
- DP26 significantly improves the dispersion uniformity of reinforcing materials (e.g., carbon black, silica), shortening mixing cycles, accelerating extrusion/calendering speeds, and reducing energy consumption.
- DP26 prevents roller sticking, reduces scorch risk, enhances compound flowability, lowers Mooney viscosity, and improves the density, surface finish, and defect reduction of extruded/calendered products.

Usage:
Add DP26 with other minor additives during compounding. Single-stage addition is recommended.
Dosage Recommendations:
1–4 phr (parts per hundred rubber). Increase dosage for polar rubber formulations.
Packing: 25KG/bag.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area under sealed conditions.
