GreenThinking® BD54 is a white-to-light red/yellow powder composed of functional organic polymer resins and active inorganic carriers.

Application: Natural rubber, synthetic rubber, and reclaimed rubber. Ideal for fiber-skeleton products.

- Optimizes compounding efficiency to reduce energy consumption and prevent defects like tire delamination.
- Reduces heat generation during processing, suppresses temperature rise, and enhances heat aging resistance.
- Safe for production and vulcanization within recommended dosages.

Usage:
Add BD54 with other additives during compounding. Single-stage addition is recommended.
Recommended Dosage:
1–7 phr (parts per hundred rubber).
Packing: 20 KG/Bag.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated area under sealed conditions.
