BD59J adhesive significantly enhances the initial bonding strength between rubber compounds and metal/non-metal skeleton materials, as well as post-aging adhesion.

 

BD59J optimizes rubber compounding efficiency to reduce energy consumption. It effectively prevents and resolves defects such as tire shoulder voids, delamination, and layer separation in conveyor belts, rubber belts, and hoses, thereby improving uniformity and overall quality.

 

BD59J significantly reduces porosity in rubber compounds, eliminates small molecules generated during processing or vulcanization, and enhances compactness and quality via nano-material micro-void filling.

 

BD59J has no adverse effects on production safety or vulcanization within the recommended dosage range.

Dosage Recommendations:

BD59J can be added with other minor additives during compounding. Single-stage addition is recommended.
