GreenThinking® AF27 anti-fatigue agent is designed to enhance the performance of rubber products. The reaction between the surface active groups and the end groups of the natural rubber molecular chain effectively optimizes the dispersion of the carbon black in the rubber and significantly reduces the dynamic heat generation of the natural rubber carbon black system. This improvement enhances the dynamic mechanical properties of the rubber compound, improves the heat aging resistance of the rubber product, and reduces the heat of compression, thus extending its service life. The moderate use of AF27 not only increases the hardness, elasticity and tensile stress of the compound, but also does not significantly affect the tensile strength.

Application: In vibration damping and dynamic rubber products, AF27 can reduce the ratio of static and dynamic stiffness, improve rebound, etc. At the same time, it can prevent the phenomenon of restitution of vulcanized rubber after high temperature or long time use, a kind of degradation of physical properties due to degradation of crosslinking network of vulcanized rubber.AF27 can slow down the degradation of polysulfide bonding due to the increase of temperature, so as to enhance the thermal stability of the vulcanized rubber and prolong the service life of the vibration damping products.

Dosage Recommendations:
– Suitable for natural rubber or the main type of rubber, the recommended dosage is 1~1.8 phr.
– Natural rubber NR must be used as the main raw material, and anti-fatigue agent AF27 must be added in a section of mixing to maximize its effect.
Packing: 25KG/bag.
Storage: Store in dry, cool and sealed conditions at about 25°C. Shelf life is about 2 years.
