GreenThinking® AF28 anti-fatigue agent, effectively improve the dispersion of carbon black, and its surface of the highly active groups can be reacted with the corresponding groups at the end of the molecular chain of natural rubber, thus significantly reducing the dynamic heat generation of the natural rubber carbon black system, can improve the dynamic mechanical properties of the compound and reduce the rolling resistance, can improve the heat aging performance of tires and reduce the compression heat generation, to extend the service life, the appropriate amount of anti-fatigue agent AF28 can enhance the hardness, elasticity, constant tensile stress without significantly changing the tensile strength. It can improve the heat aging resistance of tires, reduce compression heat generation and prolong the service life. Adding anti-fatigue agent AF28 in the right amount can improve the hardness, elasticity and constant tensile stress of the rubber without significantly changing the tensile strength.

Application: In tires, it can effectively reduce rolling resistance and heat generation, and at the same time, it can partially prevent the curing rubber from regeneration phenomenon after high temperature or long time use, i.e., degradation of crosslinking network of the curing rubber, which leads to the degradation of physical properties, Anti-fatigue agent AF28 can reduce some polysulfide bond degradation due to heat, so as to improve the thermal stability of the vulcanized rubber.

The use of anti-fatigue agent AF28 is essential for improving the quality, safety and life of tires.

Dosage Recommendations:

– Suitable for natural rubber or the main type of rubber, the recommended dosage is 1~1.6 phr.

– Natural rubber NR must be used as the main raw material, and anti-fatigue agent AF28 must be added at one stage of mixing to maximize its effect.

 

Packing: 25KG/bag.

Storage: Store in dry, cool and sealed conditions at about 25°C. Shelf life is about 2 years.
