GreenThinking® SA300 is a high-purity, chemically inert thermally conductive reinforcing filler made from specially crystallized alumina. It maintains stability under extreme temperatures, harsh environments, or catalytic/multi-component chemical systems. Rigorous surface activation and quality control ensure uniform chemical purity and consistent particle size distribution.

Application: Widely used in adhesives, potting compounds, epoxy molding compounds (EMC), copper clad laminates (CCL), rubber, plastics, and thermally conductive resins. Its spherical structure enables high filler loading while enhancing thermal conductivity. Ideal for applications requiring high chemical purity and insulation performance.
